CICASP Seminar on Language Barriers in Science

If you have ever been frustrated by language barriers as an author, reviewer, editor, conference participant, job seeker, or a researcher working abroad, we’d like to hear your story! We will also share information on today’s multilingual movements in academia, such as international journals and conferences accepting submissions in more than one languages, and advancement in auto-translation technology. This will be a great opportunity to together think about the future of languages in science, and more specifically, how we can help remove those language barriers.
